CASE STUDY | MENTAL HEALTH WELLBEING SUMMIT
Helping industry see mental health
THE MISSION
The Mental Health and Wellbeing Summit (MHWS) established itself as one of the most important events of its kind in Ireland. Exploring the role that employers play in insuring the wellbeing of staff is rightfully more important now than ever before. From Start ups to conventional employers, MHWS is about bridging the gap among work and mental health.
SCOPE OF WORK
Brand Strategy, Identity Design, Copywriting, Logo Design, Market Research and Competitor Analysis
THE IDEAL AUDIENCE FOR MY CLIENT
Finding the right tone and visual language to connect with the clients audience involved research. The below images are called Stylescapes. They bridge the gap between audience and my clients, if we align how my clients look will match with a customer then it makes it more real.

A stylescape is a design tool that expresses and steers the visual language for a project. Stylescapes include fonts, colors and images that are artfully and intentionally arranged. Direction for a stylescape comes from our initial meetings with clients. During those meetings, we learn about our clients.
THE OUTCOME
I designed the identity that’s appropriate for all shapes and sizes. the new logo had to be applicable for digital and print. The summit has gone from strength to strength and has adapted to find a more digital presence in 2020, it is now in its sixth year.

“Working with Shane Moran Designs was (and continues to be) a great experience. Shane worked with us on rebranding the Mental Health & Wellbeing Summit, Ireland’s biggest mental health event, which really helped establish the event’s identity and make it stand out from other events.
Shane has also worked with us on some of our digital media, he always understands the brief, has the patience to listen to what we want and delivers what we need.”
